System Integrity LLC, based in Maryland, provides building access and surveillance solutions, IT support, managed security and networking services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us or communicate with us about our services.
Information we collect
When you call or email us, we may receive your name, business email address, phone number, company, job role, project details and any other information you choose to provide. Our current website offers phone and email links rather than an online contact form. Your email or telephone provider may process your communication under its own policies.
We may also obtain business contact information from prospecting services or publicly available business sources to identify organizations that may be interested in our services.
When you visit our website, hosting and other technical providers may process information such as your IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and request times to deliver and secure the site. The website loads fonts from Google, which receives the technical information needed to respond to those requests. Provider processing may be governed by their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, understand project needs, prepare proposals, provide and support services, manage customer and business relationships, maintain communication records, conduct relevant business outreach, protect our systems and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate our website and business communications. These include Netlify for website hosting, Google Workspace for email, Pipedrive for customer relationship management, Apollo.io for prospecting and outreach, and JustCall for business telephone services and communication records. We may provide information to these providers as needed for their services, subject to their terms and our applicable obligations.
We do not sell or share contact information with third parties for their own marketing. This does not prevent the operational service-provider processing described above.
We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
Business communications and your choices
You can ask us to stop marketing email or calls by contacting us below. You can also use an unsubscribe link where provided. Please identify the email address or phone number involved so we can apply your request. We may still send necessary service, transaction or legal communications where permitted. Opting out of marketing does not itself delete records we need for other legitimate purposes.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, business records, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and provider. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.
Privacy requests
Where applicable law gives you rights concerning your information, you may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other available choices. We may need to verify your identity and understand the request. We will honor requests to delete your personal information, subject to applicable law and reasonable exceptions for necessary service, legal, transaction and business records. Our website and services are intended for business customers, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.
